Emailed games

I requested my completed games be emailed to me, and the only games I got were the ones where a checkmate was reached. Do I need to remove the checkmark (that says email only completed) to also receive the games where either me or my opponent resigned? For all intents and purposes the game is complete, even though a checkmate wasn't there. Or is this a bug? Thanks.
