Error on RHP site

Every so often I get this error message flash up and I have to either close down IE or page back to get going again. Any ideas what might be causing it please?

hi russ...i've had this same problem tonight and rhp is being really slow to load 'ERROR V2 RHP Secure authentication query failed'.
