Failed to move within the agreed time

'Lost' a game for the above reason, but win claimed on 14th Dec. at 19:07, yet it was only 04:03 when I logged in to move. Would anybody please explain to me how this happened??

If you talk about the last game lost on time-out and look at the "clock" you'll find

So the person has beaten you for about 7 minutes... (but still 72 minutes after they could have)

You are aware that the times in the list always are the Site time, not your loacl time, I presume.
