I'd love to see a user fairness column where other people can add a comment to the games played with him/her.
E.g. Sporty chap, takes things seriously and concentrates or Tends to fall asleep when he starts losing.... I dunno, some way to signal the playing style.
I know it has its drawbacks, so does the rating system... but I think its worth a shot.
