i just learned about this fen position today. can anyone explain me how i change a certain position to fen? are there any tools maybe? google was no help. im asking this because i want to submit a chess puzzle in the other forum and its asking me for fen code...

Set up your position, then u can copy the position as FEN.

You could use the board painter here available when creating set piece games - this is what I use when i need a FEN in a hurry. (Just don’t complete the new game process.)
