Go to the 'Game History' and click on 'Get PGN of this game'. You'll get the FEN as well.

When you are playing a game and you are at the board you play on ...to the right of that board is a list of options to click on and you will find it there. It will look like the below list. And it is at the bottom of the list. Click on get PGN/Fen. And you can then find what you are looking for.

It is now your opponent's move.

Actually, you have to install the GreaseMonkey script:

http://members.shaw.ca/ouroboros/RHP/game.user.js

to have the 'Get PGN/FEN' link.

The game history page though is accessible as a default on the site. There's a blue menu bar on the game page that has a link to 'Game History' where you can grab the PGN/FEN.
