Is there a way to put lost games in a lost folder and wons in a won folder. (Instead of all completed games going into archive)

Just create a couple of folders and move the games into them.

Yes. On the My Games page there's a 'My Folders' link on the grey bar. Click that and you can create folders. Then click Manage Games and when you select the game you can move it to another folder.

Yes. This is how I organise my finished games.

Once you've created your new folders go to your archive. Click Manage Games and tick the checkbox next to the games you want to move. At the top of that column is a 'put in folder' link. Click that and your options will appear.
