Quite obviously because the white king is not in check, but it cannot move anywhere it stays out of check. That is stalemate, mate 🙂
Thankyou. I knew the actual reason what I meant was that I thoght that itd have been my win. I guess I shouldve kept it going for a proper checkmate. Still, live and learn! Thanks again.
