Is it possible to access game database, with searching and exporting games?

No. As I can see, there is no possibility to thematic search or download PGN.

you can download pgn's of specific games not the whole lot.
You could contact Greenpawn who is doing a nice blog. It seems he knows how to get a deeper analysis. If you look for a given position in the site database you have to paly out the moves until you get there (variations of the moves will count)
