I was about to make 3 or 4 moves to win the game but then it came up as drawn game.
None of the conditions were undertaken for a draw as listed on this site so did I miss something when I played my last move?

Without quoting the game ID then I can only surmise a stalemate

If this is the game - Game 10865170 something weird seems to have happened.

Black is in check. Black has a legal move, he can capture the rook Kxc8, which would get him out of check. So why did it get treated as a stalemate?

Maybe there's another stalemate rule I've forgotten. Anybody?

You are correct, sufficient material, not repetitive moves, black has a legal move and is next to move. If no draw was offered and accepted then contact admin as that is weird.
