I don't understand why this game (3013959) is a drawn. I should have won this game..., I think.

It's a stalemate draw because you have left your opponent with no legal move. That's not the same as winning.
(Edit) I should have said no legal move when not in check.

Perhaps stalemate should be added to the FAQ. It seems to come up rather a lot.
