Game error

My inbox says it's my move.
It isn't and if it was, and I try to move, I get the error"move a piece before submitting"
I tried feedback which says go to the help forum first,which I find slightly silly

The board is showing as your move (black) the last move being a bishop move by your opponent (Bf5d3).

Are you not seeing that last bishop move in your game?

Have you refreshed the board?

Cheers,For some reason,I thought I was playing white!
I know the system is rarely wrong
