gender and age?

how about it?

i think it would be interesting, if you added an age and gender section into people's profiles so that you know what kind of person you are playing chess against, or talking to in the forums. i think it would be a good idea 😀

I think this would avoid a lot of confusing presumption. I've had to change the picture in my profile (which was a still of Laura Palmer's corpse from TWIN PEAKS (how stupid are some people!)) as I was fed up with adolescents offering me challenges just to chat me up! 😠

good idea (once more a "community"-idea) - but this should be optional.
(and you can put that info into your profile - but still I am "Pro" this...)

yeah, the gender and age thing should definately be optional because i'm sure some people wouldn't want people to know (not sure why, but some people do)
