Getting a picture by your message to an opponen...

In a game, when I message my opponent and he sees the message on the screen when he comes to make his move, to the left is a picture of a shadow head and shoulders. How do you get that head and shoulders changed to your profile picture please?

Now I know this can be done since I see that I have the same head and shoulders by the post I just made (normally people have gifs and so on by their post). Thanks!

Click My Settings - My Images and it's the 'upload avatar' thingy.
