Help Leaving Ladder

how do I leave the Ladders? I can't find this info anywhere, but I've been known to overlook from time to time. Thanks in advance

If you go to the page for the ladder you're in, you'll find the "leave ladder" link at the bottom of the page, left-hand side. You'll probably need to scroll down.
