Help with Blitz please !!!

I'd like to play blitz but am unable to do so. I've installed the latest version of Flash player. I've even gone to the library to try and play from there but experience the same problem: I can get as far as playing the first move but nothing happens. My brother, who plays in a different location, has exactly the same problem.
