Over in NZ I experienced a similar problem - how up to date is/are the software you are using ? - I'm no expert at all, but I think you will find the problem lies with the version of the software you are using.

If you are windows user, cross your fingers, and then press ctrl + f5 - this will reload all images, and solve your problem instantly.
