Is there a way to see my win/loss history against a certain player?

go to my-home then my performance

Go to "My Home", and then click on "My Performance". You'll find an alphabetical list of your opponents. After each opponent's name, you'll find your record against them both as white and black.

Also, once you're on the My Performance page, you can click on the total number of games against a player and it will take you to a list of all the games against that opponent.
