XanthosNZ is right - this appears to happen all the time to people in NZ.
I assume one big ISP over there does a lot of naughty page caching and ignores directives not to cache.
I don't think there is much I can do about it really – but at least you should not be able to make moves, post messages or anything like that under the other persons name.
