I don't want to play here anymore because it is too slow. I just want to delete my account.

There's no need to delete your account. Finish your existing games, set your game limits to zero ( go to my settings, then my Challenge settings then game limits) to ensure you won't be offered any more games.

If you feel the games are too slow, you can always post an open invite and state you want to play a FAST game. Or you can subscribe, like me, and that allows you to play as many games as you like. It's great if you want to play several moves a day.
Edit: you can also post in the Meet Opponents forum to look for fast players.

Hope this helps..

I haven't enough time for that.

That's right, you can't delete your account, it will just be inactive.

If we could delete our accounts, all the games we had played would either disappear or be listed as played by nobody.

As you haven't played any games yet it makes no difference to you or anyone else - just change your email address in My Settings and forget it.

Since they never delete old, inactive accounts, how many of the 11000 players here are actually playing, I wonder?
