If you use Firefox then there is an add-on that reloads the page (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/115) as often as you want it to.

You could also consider getting the RHP add-on by ouroboros which gives a 'game waiting' indicator in your status bar even when you're not actually browsing RHP. (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/7566 - you need to register for this add-on but it is well worth the effort - you won;t get spammed with junk either).
