how do i insert profile and photo now?

i did not fill out my profile or add a photo when i got started with this chess site, how do i do it now ?

Go to My Home - My Home. Under "Profile" you can add text and a picture to your profile, and under "Forum Settings" you can add an avatar, title and location that will be displayed together with your forum posts. To add pictures, you need to have the picture somewhere on the internet. Make sure the pictures are reasonably small files, or someone with a dial-up connection might shoot you.
