Does the link not show up until sufficient time has passed?

I have this one opp that has not moved in over 3 days, and
i've sent two reminder emails (generated by the system).
Can't I just time him out now?

3 days? Oh No!

Click info next to the game, let us know the time set up, and time bank.

Here are the stats from one of my games:

My Color -----------White
Game State --------In progress
Game Created -----May 05 07:40
Move Timeout -----3 days (this is the time you have to move)
Initial Timebank ---7 days (this is the time you chip away. Once this time is gone, you can time out)
Rated ---------------Yes
Public ----------------Yes

Hope this info helps.

Mine's the same. On day 4, i sent him a reminder. On day 5, another reminder. Tomorrow'll be day 6. So, on day 7 (or after day 7) it will let me?

RHP does not count the days that passed, it counts the seconds: so the clocks are perfect! 🙂
when 7 days = ??? sec are over the timeout link appears and you can timeout your opponent (U R asked once more weather U R sure).
perhaps you caold tell us the id of the game so that we can have a look at it. I think you do not have a public game where your opponent did not move for the last 4 days...
@Russ: why (or HOW) can't we see any info (like t/o, ...) about other's public games?
