How do you castle can anyone tell me

Move your King two squares to the right (or left) and the Rook will move automatically. If that doesn't work, it means that you do not meet the conditions for castling.

Can you castle after being in check? Even tho you haven't moved king or castle

The castling help link above sets out the criteria. Past checks don't figure in it.

Yes!

You can't castle while in check and your king can,t cross a line of check. But your rook can cross a line of fire on a castle as long as your king does not. This usually happens on a queen side castle.

Still active even after notification by senior members so I guess they don't care anymore.

Yep. I alerted it along with his 20 odd AKA's and received a PM from admin to provide some evidence, for my trouble.

I've stopped alerting them now - if they don't care I certainly don't.
