Yes!

You can't castle while in check and your king can,t cross a line of check. But your rook can cross a line of fire on a castle as long as your king does not. This usually happens on a queen side castle.

Yep. I alerted it along with his 20 odd AKA's and received a PM from admin to provide some evidence, for my trouble.

I've stopped alerting them now - if they don't care I certainly don't.
