Many players ask you to send PM before playing, I just dont know what it is and how to send it......

A PM is a personal message.
When you click on someones name your reach his/her profile page. On the left under Profile links is an option Message user name. That's the one you've been looking for.

You can also use MyGames>MyMessages>SendMessage if you know the exact spelling of their username.
