No, there is no problem. This jump down and back up dates from mid november 2004. I had resigned my games in the next round of the Millner-Barry tournament, before making a move. My rating was mistakingly affected (because it were games from setup and the system thought they were outside the first two moves). Russ has corrected this, and that is the increase that you mentioned. I have not played any rated games since.
