How to remove a game when time expired?

hi guys could you tell me how to remove the following game id 4576807 as the time has expired as my opponent did not move & it is still showing as in progress, the only way i can see of deleting it is by resigning, but i dont want to do that.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just delete it.
Find a trashcan or a skull or something on the same line as the game in question in the My Game page. Click it and your problem is solved.

That reply is great for a regular game, but what about a blitz game? If your opponent just lets the time run out,than the game is still in progress and if you try to exit, than your rating is affected,so what now?

In a blitz game your opponent automatically loses if his time runs out.
