How...?

How does one create a tournament? Do you have to have a certain amount of points, members in a clan...? help?

just the admins (Russ and Chris) can create turnaments.
to enter a turney you have to be a subscriber.

Some time ago, you could sponsor a tournament. Russ didn't really like that idea, so now everybody that can offer a prize to the winner, can create a tournament. If I'm correct. 🙂
