I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANT MAKE ANY OF THE THREE MOVES I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THIS IS A GAME IN PROGRESS I AM NOT ASKING FOR HELP TO WIN IT OR ASKING WHAT MOVE TO MAKE I AM ASKING

WHY CAN I NOT MAKE A MOVE
MY ROOK ON F8 AND QUEEN ON D8 ARE BEING ATTACKED BY A PAWN ON E7

IS THERE SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER READ ABOUT PAWN ON THE ROW B4 BEING PROMOTED ?

Often when you can't make a move you want to make - is because your king is in check or something. Is this the case...?
