@FlyingWolf & @yrddraig
Can you provide details on your browser please? (Which brand and version?)
Also, take a look at this thread Thread 189293.
@Russ I'm on Safari 10.3.3. Currently unable to initiate or reply to chats during games. The Chat and Reply buttons are greyed out as someone has said above. Clock, Notes and the 'Flip Board' icons also don't work.
Few other functions that unfortunately don't appear to be working now Russ - I can't access queued conditional moves (i.e. I can get into CM per game, but cant see past that); I can't access my profile (by clicking on my avatar) as I usually do; also don't appear to be able to archive games now, so I've got current and finished games in my inbox and on view. There may well be other functionality affected, just that I haven't tested it yet. Also these problems may just be on iPad (a fairly old one but using Safari 10.3.3) rather than my newer PC/laptop, I'll check later. Just to reiterate the problems are using the website version of RHP on iPad - I don't use the app, so not sure whether that's similarly affected. I'm guessing v10 is too ancient now 🙁
@FlyingWolf
The app is unrelated, so you can ignore that.
It appears the new pop-up windows (profile, conditional moves) are not working for you primarily.
Can you check that you definitely do not have a software update available for your iPad?
Settings >> General >> Software Update.
@Russ it's a 4th gen iPad (2012), with software version 10.3.3 which can't now be updated. It won't support a good few apps now, so I'm guessing it's probably even too old for the RHP website. I've got a separate iPad Mini for work running 14.5.1 - guess I'll be using that and my laptop from now on.

@FlyingWolf
I really don't want to cut-off users, and it is very annoying that Apple do not support their old hardware as well as they should, but I do need to push forward with the site.
I have a gen 3 iPad available which I will be looking at later - in case I can workaround this. So don't write it off quite yet - I'll update tomorrow.
@Russ much appreciated. No wish to delay any upgrade and I've got other devices anyway. I only really use the 4th gen iPad for RHP now.
Cheers,
FW
@FlyingWolf
Frustratingly, the Apple tools to debug iPad/iPhone web pages doesn't even work anymore for an old iOS 9 device. No idea why this is the case, but documented elsewhere online too - so it is not looking hopeful.
A 2018 era iPad works as expected, of course.
