I can't give you any advice, but there is a reason why you can't make the move you want to in that game. Have a close look at the board.

Why can't you give advise?
The rule 3b says:
"While a game is in progress you may not ... be assisted by a third party."
That means that you, as a player, can't get any advice from anyone else. If you give advice to someone else you jeopardize his membership.
