Your question is a little confusingly worded. 😕

Perpetual check seems the most obvious thing here. It lets you force the three fold repetition rule. Same position three times with the same player to move and a draw can be claimed.

But in case the three fold repetition is not applicable, you have to wait for 50 moves to be able to claim the draw.
