@jmwinrider The site FAQs suggest 'insufficient material' only applies to remaining Kings. Suggest you offer a draw - your opponent should know it's a draw.

@FlyingWolf
yea I know what the faq says. But my point is the site is wrong. Bishop only is an insufficient material case and should allow players to claim a draw. I will offer a draw of course but imagine what would happen if the other player choose not to accept..
@jmwinrider a K and a B each doesn't constitute 'insufficient material'. If the Bs are on opposite colour square diagonals, mate is technically possible I believe if one of the Ks gets boxed into a corner with their own B. The opposing B mates. Highly unlikely to happen in reality but while the possibility exists, it's not a draw. You may as well give up your B, when it would be a draw. This site is rarely wrong in these situations, however much you think it might be.

@FlyingWolf saidWell stated; and correct. 🙂

@jmwinrider saidPlease come back here and let us know what happens.
@FlyingWolf
interesting. I will give up my bishop and see what happens
@Suzianne
they accepted my draw offer before I had a chance to give up my bishop. But I'm sure @FlyingWolf is correct on interpretation of the case.
