I think it'd be a lot of work for the admins and personally I can't see it being used much if it were there.
If you want to log your own games by opening you could easily design a spreadsheet, or just use pen and paper.

Or make a PDF database and use a decent viewer. Chesspad, for example, lets you categorise all games in a database according to ECO.
