well i've recently won a game but am still provisional but i have played my first 5 games and i looked at my profile and i didn't recieve any points does anyone have a solution

I have just had a look at your games to see if I could clear this up for you, and i have notice 7 games against a player call rrr where your opponent has resigned on all occasions after the first move.
