Does anyone know how the site calculates the top rated club players within any given club? It doesn't appear to be based on rating or number of games played in the club. Is it general activity on the club site?

Club ratings are based only on club games, and use the same starting point (1200) and provisional process as normal ratings. If you have a high club rating you've won a lot of club games. A club game involves two people who were both members of the club at the time the game was started.

At least, that's what they told us, back then, I've not actually checked it out.

I should probably clarify my question better. If you click on the homepage for any club you will see on the left side it lists the top 5 most recent club members and on the right side it lists the top 5 rated club players.

I'm trying to understand how it comes up with that top 5 rated club player list because the player with the highest club rating is not necessarily in that top 5 and you will find players who only played 1 club game and have the base 1200 rating in the club (overall site rating of something low like 1050) listed as one of the top 5 club players. So it doesn't seem to be based solely on club ratings.
