Ladder and Time-out

One thing I haven't been able to find is whether the two-day automated time-out also applies to ladder games. Does it?

I got a ladder game ( game id 7073473 ) where I am black. My opponent never made his first move.
Game started: Jan 11, 2010 12:18
Todays date: Jan 21, 2010 8:03
Time control: 1/7

No skull. I cant time this game out. Whats up w/ that? Or, am I overlooking something?

Im not sure, but I think I remember this was not the case for ladder games.
It should be in my opinion tho. Maybe you can make a thread for it in the Site Ideas forum.

Reckon it is an issue you need to send feedback on as I reckon I have heard a few folk say the same thing.
