Ladder and tournaments partecipation

Hi everybody,
can anyone confirm me whether participation to tournaments and ladders is reserved to subscribers only?

Yes - paid subscribers only. There have been some tournaments for non-subs, but very few. Best to subscribe.

Non-subs can join clubs and clubs can hold tournaments <within> that club.
