Ladder games not clearing

It seems that I have multiple completed ladder games that are not clearing from the Ladder summary screens. These games completed over 13 hours ago. Of course there is no way to assess new position and execute a new challenge until the game clears.

I think this may be an issue. I won a Ladder game at 14:29 on 8th July (ie. more than 24 hours ago) and the ladder has not yet been updated - according to the Ladder status I am still 'Challenging' and my ranking has not been modified. It's at 30 hours and counting at this stage since I won the game. Should it really take this long to update?

It appears to be a trend I have 2 ladder games complete and both are not updated?

Previous time frame for update was defined at 15 minutes. Mine did clear sometime between 30 and 36 hours.
