why can i not see the various ladders available on my tool bar?

Are you saying the ladders icon doesn't appear on the very top line of your screen?
Are all the other icons there(my games,newgame,open invites and so on?)

Finished a game on the 3 day ladder yesterday. It still hasn't updated so I can't make another challenge. Is there a problem?
