1. Click the 'Ladders' link across the top to get a list of all the available ladders.
2. Then click on the link for the ladder you are interested in.
3. Then on the left side bar under the heading 'Join this ladder' you will see a link that says, 'click here to join this ladder.'
A forum is just a public place where you can have open discussion on various topics.
