Log In difficulties w/ proxy server

I'm currently unable to remain logged into the site when connecting through an http proxy.

I pass the login screen to get to my home page, but clicking on 'My Games' brings up an error telling me I'm only allowed to be logged on in one place at a time (and that I should check if cookies are enabled).

I don't have this problem when using the same browser but without the http proxy.

I'm using IE 6.0 with cookies enabled in both cases. Of course, I can't be sure that the proxy is the problem, but it seems suspicious. Any suggestions?

N.B.: Checking the "multiple browsers" checkbox on the "My Settings" page does not seem to work around this problem.

I should also mention that this problem is new within the past few weeks (i.e. I was able to log in from behind the same proxy a few weeks ago).

I can't think of anything obvious here. But, can you remember this, could you remain logged in between sessions before. (i.e. Turn your computer off, and come back later and still be logged in.)

Sorry, but I don't think I ever tried that. I rarely use the PC behind the proxy for this site.
