Messages?

My Sent Items have vanished?!

Actually, I don't think the Sent Items have vanished, but it's just not possible to get into them.

I wonder if it`s anything to do with what Russ`s done. See his post earlier about sending an email to yourself when sending him a message.

I'm sure it must be, but I had over 20 items there that related to clan challenges - I guess they're lost, right? The thing is if the "My Sent Items" function is no longer valid, shouldn't that link also be removed?

Also, a key function of the Sent Items, for me, was that you could see when a message had actually been read by someone cos it changed from green to red, is this functionality lost too, it was very useful? 😕

A little glitch existed for just under an hour, which blocked people from selecting their 'sent items'.

BTW : Items will only stay in the sent folder if the recipient has not chosen to delete them.

Thanks for sorting that out so quickly. It did seem as though the "Sent Items" function had been replaced with the new system. Glad to see them back, and do understand that they empty as people delete them from their inbox. How should the new "email backup" system work, so far I have tried 3 tests and unable to get it to "backup".
