missing bishops

In two current games my bishops are not appearing on the board, no matter what I do. It's happening against the same opponent but not against other players! What's going on?

Try holding down your shift key and then clicking refresh on your browser (Or alternatively try deleting all the browser cached files on your machine)

i'm having the same problem against all my opponents - for the last week the black bishops images have not been loading - i've tried what you have suggested Russ, no help i'm afraid. anyone else experiencing this?🙄
