I was just thinking a little bit more about this idea. I'm sure that people could take advantage of this system, but at great cost. That individual would have to leave they're vacation setting on indeffinatly. So they'd be sacrificing all of they're games. Since the 'expiration' function would be in the control of the person who is not on vaction, the person on vacation would have to give up all they're games and forsake they're rating completly.
I think it's a really good idea to eliminate aquiring points through timing people out on vacation. Timeouts would function normally when the vacation setting is not in effect.
I think it will work.
Originally posted by Sir PaulIn a perfect world I would agree with you, and god knows I've taken my share of hits with my vacation icon on. The problem I see here however is that if a person doesnt want to finish losing positions, all they have to do is put up vacation icons when it suits them and not move.
