Hi,

Since yesterday i don't receive move notification by mail anymore.
Never had any problems with it, and till yesterday always worked fine...

More people having this issue?

I have the same issues. Contacted Geek Squad and they couldn't figure out the problem.

Yes, same here. I changed to an alternative email address, thinking my original one was treating notifications as spam. But no luck, still no notifications.

Since more people appear to have this, let's hope it can be fixed soon.

I did send feedback to Russ about this issue too, so i guess we have to wait and see...

Without email notifications, and needed to log in and check for games is another experience... 😴

Anyone with an Android mobile/cellphone can download the RHP notification widget which works a treat! I can't remember the last time I received a move reminder email, then again I move frequently anyway.

I use iphone, but for android users is a good tip untill this is solved!

Yes this stopped for me too a couple of days ago. I used to go to setting and turn on notifications again but I can not find where this has gone too. The Help FAQ still describe the old interface so needs updating.

I have already tried to turn notifications on again, but this did not work either...

Settings you can find by clicking in the right top corner on the "down" arrow next to the picture. If you do so a menu will open and then you click my settings > notification settings.

All my missing notification have just come in at the same time.

Yes, all email queues are clearing now.

As they have backed up, they can be out of sequence. You may receive a notification for a game you have since decided to move in.
