move reminders

I am playing someone who - quite within their rights - has not moved for 4 days. Last week I had the option of sending them a move reminder but this week I appear to have no option to do that?

How do move reminders work please?

The person gets an e-mail from RHP stating youe name and reminding them to make a move.

In My Settings > My Email Settings there is an option to disable these reminders. Your opponent may have changed this setting since last week.
