Only by hand.

If you both agree, they can make a fake move. (Not a pawn move, it must be a piece you can put back where it belongs. Not a king move unless Castle is already been done.)

You move your piece back

They move their piece back....

Game continues like nothing ever happened.

This can't be done if a piece is captured.
