Move time out-3 days?

Game #11581789 in progress. Player has not moved in four days. Doesn't he lose after no move in 3-days?
Initial time bank is 7-days. Should that matter if player did not move within the move time out-3 days?

After his 3 days is up it then goes to his timebank. If his timebank is 7 days he then has a further 7 days to move.If he doesn't move within the 7 days a skull will appear and you can claim the win on timeout but this is optional.You'll not get the win automatically.You have to claim it.
If you look at the game and scroll down it'll tell you the timeout and timebank position.In this case it should say timebank depleting.Once time bank is lost it can never be regained in the game.So for example he moves with 15 minutes remaining on his timebank , after you move he'll then have the 3 days and 15 minutes to move again
