How could it be that my opponent set "Move Timeout" for me when my Timebank was not expired?
But this is what I know: When the game is over you can't rely of the times, they are garbled. A low priority bug of some sort is responsible of that.

In "Game Info" I see that I had 1,27 Timebank days remaining.
Can you explain which link do you mean?
as Fabian said, once the game is finished that 1.27 days is incorrect and therefore meaningless. If you check the time gaps in the game log you may get a different number altogether.
The link for sending feedback to game moderator, if you're absolutely sure you shouldn't have been timed out, is "send feedback" and it's at the bottom of every page.
